How we handle information
Denfinity collects the information you choose to provide so we can respond to enquiries, coordinate patient requests and communicate with treating clinics or fulfilment partners where appropriate.
My Denfinity portal
The secure portal may hold your identity and contact details, date of birth, delivery address, treating clinic, request and order history, approved instructions, fulfilment status and consent choices. Please do not enter symptoms, medication details or other clinical information unless your treating team provides an approved channel for that purpose.
Use and disclosure
Information may be shared with your nominated treating clinic and, after the required authorisation, an appropriate compounding pharmacy for the purpose of coordinating your request. We do not sell personal information.
Storage, service providers and security
We use access controls, passwordless authentication, role-based permissions, audit records and encrypted service providers to protect portal information. Some technology, email, payment or support providers may process information outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to select and govern providers appropriately. No internet transmission is completely risk-free, so please contact your clinic directly for urgent or highly sensitive matters.
Payments and communications
Where payment is enabled after practitioner authorisation, payment details are collected by our payment provider rather than stored by Denfinity. Service messages relate to your requests and orders. Review or reorder reminders are only sent where you have opted in and may be switched off in your profile.
Your choices
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, or ask a privacy question, by emailing info@infinitydentalcare.com.au.
Complaints
Contact us first so we can investigate a privacy concern. You may also be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
